Important Update – Transition to New Billing System

Upper Jasper County Water Authority has been using the same billing system since 2005 when we transitioned from RVS DOS to CUSI. Last year, CUSI announced that they would no longer support our current billing system and UJCWA would be forced to upgrade.  After a year of researching billing software options, we are excited to announce that we will now be using Edmunds Gov Tech billing software system.

What this Means for You

An exciting change is we will be converting our postcard bills to a full-page standard bill. The bills that we print on June 27^th for the bills due July 15^th will be on a postcard.  The next billing due by August 15^th will be on a full-page bill. The larger bill will have a tear off stub for you to return with your payment.

If you are currently using our Online Payment system through our website, we will need you to re-enroll once our new system is in place.  The projected date is July 8^th.  We will post detailed instructions as soon as this feature is available.

Anyone using our free ACH option where we draft from your checking account each month will experience no changes.
