Boil Water Rescind Notice - North System Specific

On November 18, 2025, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required our public water system, Upper Jasper County Water Authority, PWS ID 1210060 (North System Only) to issue a Boil Water Notice (BWN) to inform customers, individuals, or employees, on CR 018, CR 019, CR 020, CR 021, CR 022, CR 023, CR 024, CR 025, CR 026, CR 029, CR 030, CR 031, CR 032A, CR 032, CR 032E, CR 032W, CR 034, CR 036, CR 037, CR 039, CR 040, CR 041, CR 042, CR 043, CR 044, CR 045, CR 046, CR 047, CR 049, CR 051, CR 052, CR 052A, CR 053, CR 060, CR 061, CR 062, CR 062A, CR 063, CR 064, CR 066, CR 067, CR 068, CR 069, CR 069A, CR 070, CR 071, CR 072, CR 073, CR 074, CR 075, CR 076, CR 077, CR 078, CR 079, CR 081, CR 082, CR 087, CR 1070, CR 1071, CR 1072, Creel Rd, Crystal River 1 & 2, PR RD 3038, PR RD 6040, PR RD 6065, PR RD 6134, PR 6144, PR 6146, PR 6147, PR 6148, PR RD 6185, FSR 302, FSR 313, Azalea LN, Dogwood Loop, Concord Hills (CR 055), Concord Heights (CR 056), Concord Ridge (CR 057), Valley Forge Rd, McGilberry Rd, Plum Ridge Road, Stripling St, Letney St, Sanders St, LV Marshall Rd, Speirs Rd, Bowers Rd, Hatton Dr, Mott Rd, Graham St, Parker Point Rd, Parker Fork Rd, Sweetgum Rd, Magee Rd, Walnut Ridge Rd, Boykin Springs Rd, Claude Marshall Rd, Oak Acres Dr, Hopsonville Rd, Hutch Hopson Rd, James Hopson Rd, Guidry Rd, CR 032 from CR 044 North to CR 034, Hwy 255/Sam Rayburn Parkway from CR 032 going East to Sam Rayburn Dam, and Hwy 63W from Angelina River Northwest to FM 2743, that due to an interruption in service caused by a line break, the water from our system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes. 

 Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of November 21, 2025.
